J.J. Lally & Co. maintains a constant display of Chinese ceramics, bronzes, jades, sculpture, and a wide variety of different Chinese works of art including ivory, enamels, and glass in New York City. Together with design firm Gilbert Design Associates, we used ExpressionEngine to develop a flexible site structure that the gallery can use to add new exhibitions and gallery features.

Moving an ExpressionEngine site from one server to another can be a bit tricky, but with a robust config.php file, it becomes pretty painless. Having your configuration abstracted out to a flat file also makes debugging and adding additional functionality straightforward and powerful.
